Trailer Making Companies

Trailer Making Companies.

Pretty much all films have trailers, marketing campaigns and much more to gain awareness of the film, to gain hype for the film and to make people want to see the film. There are companies out there, which focus on this, and only produce trailers and marketing campaigns.

Film producers often go to these companies for help in distributing their films. The trailer companies would make a trailer for the producers, which would then be sent to the distribution companies to gain awareness for the film.

Just a few Companies, which focus on trailers and marketing campaigns, are:

  • Trailer Park
  • The Ant Farm

A detailed look at ‘Trailer Park’

This is a company, which will produce a trailer for a film, nothing but a trailer. They are given an idea of what to aim for, the final product, this will maybe be told by the director of the film and his vision of a trailer and what it should include. Trailer Park is then given the film, or a lot of footage from the film in which they can work with.

They started out in 1994 with the founder, Tim Nett, they were a small movie trailer house working with the likes of Spielberg and Scorsese, which has grown into the biggest entertainment marketing and content agency in the whole world.

Trailer Park has won countless awards over the past few years ranging from the best marketing campaign for Tony Hawks Project 8 and Best comedy for Boart.

"Whether it's a blockbuster movie, AAA video game release, first-run TV show, Blu-ray documentary, EPK, or massive live event, our job is to highlight your property and showcase it to the world." - quote taken from http://tinyurl.com/TPAbout

Trailer Park have been involved with many movies, some being:

  • Yes Man
  • Wall-E
  • The Simpsons Movie
  • War of the Worlds
  • I am Legend
